Sen Group of Institutions - At Present

All the institutions of the Sen Group are being managed by committees headed by the members of the Sen family. While S. N. Sen B. V. Post Graduate College is being headed by its Secretary Mr. Probir Kumar Sen, S. N. Sen B. V. Inter College is headed by its Secretary Mr. Shubhro Sen and Dr. S.S.M. Shishu Mandir is headed by Mrs. Dipasree Sen. Under their dynamic leadership and supervision, the institutions have been able to scale newer heights of success and pioneer into newer geographical territories. The Group and Mrs. D. Sen have received the Shiksha Bharti Puraskar for their vocational training initiative in the shape of the Nursery Teachers Training Institute in 2012.

The Sen Group is actively contributing to the field of education and women empowerment for over 116 years now through its following institutions in Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) –

• S. N. Sen Balika Vidyalaya Degree College (Graduation and Post-graduation in Commerce, Arts and Science stream)
• S. N. Sen Balika Vidyalaya Inter College (class 6 to class 12 for girls only)
• Dr. S. Sen Memorial Shishu Mandir (Play-group to class 5, Co-educational)

Today, the 4 institutions of SEN GROUP mentioned above have turned into a massive temple of learning – granting education from Play Group to Post Graduation and vocational training to over 6,000 girls annually. It is fulfilling the dreams of thousands of women to attain higher education in the field of Arts,Science and Commerce. The institutions have produced countless women girls who have been outstanding achievers in their respective fields and have done their city, state and country proud.
